Nick Manning, The World Bank

Se desempeña en el Banco Mundial como Gerente del Sector Público para la Región de América Latina y el Caribe. Anteriormente ejerció como Jefe de la División de Gestión y Desempeño del Sector Público, en la OCDE, y fue Especialista Jefe de Sector Público para la Región de Asia del Sur en el Banco Mundial. Ha sido Asesor Técnico Senior para las Naciones Unidas en el Líbano, y Asesor (en Estructura y Diseño de Organizaciones) para la Secretaría de la Commonwealth en Londres. Comenzó su carrera en el ámbito del sector público en gobiernos locales del Reino Unido, y antes de desempeñarse como asesor internacional fue Jefe de Planeamiento Estratégico para el Distrito Municipal de Londres.

Geoffrey Shepherd

Economista cuyo particular interés son las instituciones. Trabajó para el Banco Mundial en los años 70 y luego desde mediados de los 80 hasta el año 2001. Ha trabajado en el desarrollo del sector privado y temas sobre comercio en varias partes del mundo, así como también en las reformas del sector público y el desarrollo institucional en América Latina. Ha enseñado e investigado desde 1978 a 1986 en la Universidad de Sussex (con contratos en el Centro de Investigación Europeo de Sussex y la Unidad de Investigación de Ciencias Políticas). Obtuvo su Ph.D. en 1974 por la misma Universidad. Realiza consultorías en áreas de economía política y reforma del sector público.
