Ester Kaufman, Red Académica de Gobierno Abierto Internacional (RAGA)

Ester Kaufman is a lawyer (UBA), holds a Master’s in Social Sciences (FLACSO), and is an expert in international cooperation (OEI-UNED). She leads the Virtual Network for Open Government in the Americas and coordinates RAGA International since 2015. In 2024, she chaired the Academic Committee of the First Congress on Open State. Author of books and articles on transparency, participation, and gender, she has contributed to CEPAL, OAS, CIESPAL, and Latin American universities. Her career bridges academia, public management, and open knowledge networks.
