Ana Bellver, Banco Mundial

Especialista en gobernanza en el sector público del Banco Mundial; tiene experiencia en evaluación de la gobernanza y en proyectos de modernización del sector público en Centroamérica, el Caribe y algunos países africanos. Trabajó con Daniel Kaufmann en temas relacionados con la gobernanza y la transparencia. Antes de llegar al Banco Mundial, trabajó como consultora en el Departamento de Empresas Públicas de Sudáfrica, proporcionando asistencia técnica en el programa de Reestructuración del Sector Público durante los años 2001 al 2004. También tiene experiencias de trabajo en la antigua Unión Soviética, Costa Rica, Perú y Cuba en áreas como la reforma institucional y reestructuración de las empresas y del comercio estatal. Tiene un Ph.D. en Economía de la Pontificia Universidad de Commilas (Madrid, España), y el grado de Máster en Economía Política en la Escuela de Estudios Orientales y Africanos de la Universidad de Londres.
