Jocelyne Bourgon, Canada School of Public Service

Actualmente es Presidenta del Public Governance International, profesora visitante Distinguida de Administración Pública en la Universidad de Waterloo, Distinguished Fellow del Centre for International Governance Innovation, y Presidenta Emérita del Canada School of Public Service.
Fue designada viceministra del gobierno canadiense en 1989 y prestó servicios en diversos ministerios: Transporte, Canadian International Development Agency, Consumer and Corporate Affairs, y el Canadian Center for Management Development. En 1994 fue Clerk of the Privy Council y Secretaria del Gabinete. Llegó a ser la 17th Clerk y la primera mujer que ocupó esta posición. Entre 1994 y 1999 condujo el Public Service de Canadá llevando a cabo una de las más importantes reformas desde los años 40. En 1998 fue requerida por el Queen's Privy Council para Canadá como reconocimiento a la contribución hecha a su país. Desde 2003 a 2007 sirvió como embajadora ante la OCDE. Ha escrito numerosos trabajos en torno al tema de la administración y el servicio público.
