Guillermo O’Donnell, University of Notre Dame

Titular de la cátedra Helen Kellogg de Gobierno, de la Universidad de Notre Dame (Estados Unidos), y Director del Centro de Investigaciones sobre el Estado y la Democracia en América Latina (CIEDAL), de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín (Argentina). Ha sido profesor visitante en varias universidades de América Latina, Europa y Estados Unidos. Ha publicado numerosos textos sobre autoritarismo, democratización, teoría democrática y Estado. Actualmente completa un libro a ser titulado Estado y democracia: teoría con intención comparativa.
